In 1977, MAN Diesel & Turbo Hong Kong Ltd. was incorporated. Our key areas are providing spare parts, technical and engineering services to customers.
Along with an increase of the ship repair industry in South China, MAN Diesel Technical Service Department was established in 2007, providing technical service to MAN products all over Hong Kong and South China region, and our MAN Workshop was founded in 2010.
All the MAN Diesel & Turbo Hong Kong offices and workshops are located in Tsing Yi Island, near to Kwai Tsing Container Terminals, one of the busiest container ports in the world for many years.

Combined large-bore diesel engine activities are under the single roof of MAN Diesel, a sub-group and a leading company world-wide for big 2- and 4-stroke diesel engines, which comprises MAN Diesel SE of Augsburg, Germany, and MAN Diesel A/S of Copenhagen, Denmark, MAN Diesel Ltd. in Stockport, Great Britain, as well as affiliate MAN Diesel SAS in Saint-Nazaire, France. It was at the Augsburg, today the headquarters of MAN Diesel, from 1893 to 1897, in corporation with its investor, the diesel engine was developed to the point where it could be used for practical application. For over 100 years now, the diesel engine has been the most efficient heat engine, with the research and development engineers at MAN constantly adding further-oriented innovations.
